TARIFFS
THE ST VINCENT DE PAUL APART: 80€ per night, 490€ per week.
THE MONTMARTRE APART: 85€ per night, 520€ per week.
THE MARAIS APART: 95€ per night, 590€ per week.
THE BASTILLE APART: 95€ per night, 590€ per week.
BOOKING
The booking can be made from 2 or 3 nights minimum (it depends on each apartment) to 1 month.
Tariffs are indicated for the maximal number indicated for each apartment.
After agreement, a booking contract (or a bill) is sent to you, and will be send back signed and accompanied with the deposit for a final booking.
The payment can be made by international credit transfer or by cheque. The balance will be deposited the day of the arrival, and a 400 euros guarantee, which will be given back to you the day of the departure.
An optional extra for cleaning (50 euros) is asked if the apartment is not restaured in the same state of cleaning that it was the day of the arrival in the place.
Sheets and towels are provided. Pets are not welcome, and it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
I will accomodate you personally on and after 2 p.m, and at the end of the stay, the apartment has to be free at midday.
