BOOKINGPAYMENTRECEPTION AND DEPARTURE

BOOKING

The booking can be made for a minimum of 3 or 4 nights minimum depending on each apartment (see the minimum duration in the section Apartments), to 1 month at most.
After agreement on the terms (date, price, number of people), a booking contract will be addressed and must be returned signed with the prepayment (25% of total cost) for a final reservation. Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is received; you then receive the booking confirmation by email.


Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.


On arrival you will pay the remaining balance and a deposit of 400 €.
The damage deposit is refunded at your departure, after the owner has inspected the accommodation, provided that the apartment is returned in the same state of cleanliness as the entry and no damage.
A deduction of 65 € may be made in case of insufficient cleaning.
Sheets and towels are provided.


Pets are not welcome, and it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.


PAYMENT

The prepayment may be provided by:
  • - Cash,
  • - Bank transfert,
  • - Internationnal bank transfert,
  • - Paypal or Western Union
  • - French bank check

Banking details are specified in the booking contract.


The remaining balance and security deposit needs to be paid upon arrival, in cash or by a french bank check. For convenience for foreign tourists, it is possible to pay the deposit in another currency than the euro.


RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE

There will always be someone to welcome you to the apartment.


In order to provide you with the best possible service, Pariscouette send you before your trip an email asking you to specify the arrival time in Paris and your means of transport (airport and flight number, train station and train number, car...).
This information helps to organize the reception to the apartment and to consider possible delays in your transportation.


If you also know your departure time, thank you to let us know it.


You will be greeted at the apartment from 2 pm, and at the end of the stay is requested to leave the apartment at 11 am at the latest, unless exception. These schedules can be arranged if the apartment was not occupied before your arrival, even if it is not reserved on the day of your departure.
